This set of purple-blue ramen bowls are such a satisfying bunch of pieces! They all cooled to this beautiful purple tone due to their position in the kiln. This set is like a little family as they are all from the same firing. I typically refer to these bowls with this glaze as "stormy" upon the finished product due to it's sky-like stirring colors.
*current set: 3 of the 4 are the same height (3.5”) and the fourth is 3.75” in height*

Each of these bowls strikes a balance in size between feeling like an intimate sized personal bowl as well as boasting a substantial volume. These bowls are roughly 8 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches in height and truly have a wonderful rounded feel to them! In this batch, there are some bowls that have a dipping glaze effect on the outside (see 7th picture). If that is of interest, or not of interest, to you please let me know and I would be happy to help curate accordingly!
These are all quite lightweight pieces and are ideal for someone looking for unique and functional dish ware! As these are all handmade, please expect some very slight variations between each one.
These pieces are food/microwave/dishwasher safe as well! To help bolster the likelihood of longevity with these pieces I typically differ to hand washing them but they will be fine in the dishwasher as well. Since the bottom of these pieces are not glazed they could absorb dishwasher detergent and slightly discolor over time but that does not compromise the food-safety of these piece.
