This pair of mugs is perfect for the mug user who loves a smooth one finger flat handle! That may be a niche group of people but hey, here they are!
These are both glazed with a wonderful stormy glaze that cooks to an iridescent bronze and blue! These are both very comfortable and lightweight in the hand.
These much both measure 3.5 inches in height and one measures 2.5 inches in diameter and the other measure 3 inches in diameter.
Smaller mugs like these have always been a favorite of mine because they have a unique way of providing presence that a larger mug can not quite do, in my opinion. Instead of filling a big mug with a large amount of drink to help last for an indistinct amount of time, I have always felt that a smaller one, like these, help to slow things down and turns a quotidian moment into a treasure.
These all have a wonderfully light weight to them and have a very comfortable one finger handle. All these handles were pulled, which lends to a much more ergonomic feel in the hand. Each cup varies slightly from each other and holds roughly 8 ounces of liquid so they are perfect for making a small cup of anything a little more special! They are all food/microwave safe and I recommend washing by hand.
